Wi-Fi settings: Go to "Wi-Fi" and turn on the Wi-Fi network from the upper right corner. The system will automatically start scanning for available Wi-Fi networks around you.
HDTV output settings: Display-Turn on "HDTV auto detection"-click "HDTV output mode settings: 1080-60Hz", and then you can select it as the second page.
Backup and reset: Move to "Backup and Reset" and press to enter the factory data reset. You can delete all data on the media box.
APP application:
1. Go to the application installer and press OK to enter.
2. Please download the required software from the computer to the USB in apk format first. You will select the desired device among other devices to scan the apk. Press OK to install the required software.
3. After the installation is complete, the software icon will be displayed on the menu. Click on the app and press OK to enter. You can see icons related to different functions on the menu.
Unit location problem:
Please place the player on a flat place. Please avoid direct sunlight, and avoid high temperature, humidity and frequent shaking, so as not to damage the casing and other components of the player and shorten the life of the player. For best performance of the player, do not place heavy objects on the player and keep it at least 6 inches from the wall.
Power problem: Do not use overvoltage, otherwise it will damage the player and may cause fire. Connect the power cord properly and make sure the cable is not damaged. If you do not use the player for a long time, please unplug the power cord to prevent damage from lightning strikes.
Cleaning problem: Unplug the power cord before cleaning the player. Use a slightly damp cloth instead of a liquid cleaner to clean the player. Do not use solvents such as gases, as this may damage the player's case.
Moisture problem: Keep the player away from humid places, such as condensation in the basement may damage the player. In this case, turn on the player. The player's heat may take away moisture.
