This item has been tested and is functional with two flaws:
1. The unit's wifi does not connect so it permanently needs to be connected with an ethernet cable to the router, which then allows the Sonos 1 application to pair and can be seen in the pics.
2. The play button has been pressed in and jammed but still registers when it is pressed.
